With the sponsorship of Viña Vestisquero, ProChile organized a wine tasting and conference for professors at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, in Miramar, Florida. The participants, majorly Chefs, learned about the country’s exports, geography and wine industry, among other general information. Six different varieties of wines were sampled by the audience, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir; emphasizing the characteristics of each variety, and their suitability for different kinds of food.
