Chilean Craft Show at the National Museum of the American Indian

PROCHILE will showcase a significant selection of native Chilean crafts in Washington DC, which will be exhibited at the National Museum of the American Indian of this city during October 23, 24 and 25 of the present year, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

This initiative seeks to achieve among others things, the support for the recovery of the historic patrimony of the Chilean indigenous communities and to diffuse it overseas through the participation of three foundations: Chol-Chol, Artesanias de Chile y Canto de Agua.

The Three foundations will exhibit their craft during three days with an extensive variety of products that include jewelry, products worked in textiles and elaborated articles with special techniques provided by the members of the native towns who will be able to sell their products to the general public.
